We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at behruz@thewuclick.com with your purchase email or order ID, and a brief description of why you’re requesting a refund. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Exceptions
- Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date are not guaranteed and will be considered at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund where we determine, in good faith, that the request is fraudulent, abusive, or made after substantial completion of the course content.
