Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or accessing any course on Wuclick Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing a course, creating an account, or otherwise accessing our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Wuclick Academy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Student”) and Wuclick Academy, operated by Behruz Boltayev (“we,” “us,” “our”), governing your access to and use of the Wuclick Academy website, course content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By registering for an account or purchasing a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a course or create an account.
2. Description of Service
Wuclick Academy provides online video courses related to Google Ads and digital marketing, delivered through our website. Course access is granted after successful payment is processed.
We do not guarantee that any course will result in specific business outcomes, including but not limited to increased leads, phone calls, conversions, revenue, or reduced advertising costs. Results shared on our website (including case studies, screenshots, and statistics) reflect specific past clients or students under specific circumstances and are not typical or guaranteed results for any other student. Your results will depend on factors outside our control, including your industry, budget, market conditions, and how you apply the material.
We reserve the right to modify, update, expand, or discontinue any part of a course’s content at any time, with or without notice.
3. Account Registration & Access
To access a purchased course, you will be provided with login credentials to our website.
Your Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You may not share your account, login credentials, or course access with any other person
- You must notify us immediately at behruz@thewuclick.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Course access, once purchased, is granted for the lifetime of the course’s availability on our platform. We reserve the right to discontinue hosting a course at any time, in which case we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students in advance where practical.
4. Payment & Pricing
Course prices are listed on our website at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Wuclick Academy transactions. By purchasing a course, you also agree to Paddle’s Terms of Service.
Paddle handles billing, applicable VAT/GST/sales tax collection, and payment disputes on our behalf. Prices shown may be subject to additional taxes depending on your location, shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to change course prices at any time. Price changes do not affect courses you have already purchased.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund Email us at behruz@thewuclick.com with your purchase email/order ID and a brief description of why you’re requesting a refund. We will review your request and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date are not guaranteed and will be considered at our discretion.
We reserve the right to deny a refund where we determine, in good faith, that the request is fraudulent, abusive, or made after substantial completion of the course followed by a request for full content (e.g., downloading or completing the majority of the material before requesting a refund).
6. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property
All course content — including videos, slides, written materials, templates, and any other materials provided as part of a course — is the exclusive property of Wuclick Academy / Behruz Boltayev and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
By purchasing a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for your own personal or internal business use only.
You agree that you will not:
- Share, distribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make available your account, login credentials, or course content to any third party
- Copy, record, download, reproduce, or redistribute course videos or materials outside the platform, except where explicitly permitted (e.g., downloadable worksheets provided as part of the course)
- Use the course content to create or assist in creating a competing course or product
- Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access or scrape the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the course, without refund, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these terms — including unauthorized sharing of login credentials or course content.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Please read this section carefully. It limits our liability to you.
Disclaimer of Warranties. The Service and all course content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for your particular business or circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, including improvements to advertising performance, leads, phone calls, conversions, or revenue.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wuclick Academy and Behruz Boltayev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of advertising spend — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any course content.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the total amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wuclick Academy and Behruz Boltayev from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your unauthorized sharing or distribution of course content.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service and any course content, without refund, if you violate these Terms, attempt fraudulent chargebacks, or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, harms Wuclick Academy or other students.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification — will survive.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms can be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service can be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bukhara city, Uzbekistan.
